Before: The “bagginess” of the lower eyelids was due to depression of the tear troughs (see arrow) and not due to excess fat in the lower eyelids.
After: Fat injections and stem cell injections eliminated the “bagginess.” Removal of fat would have been the wrong treatment, resulting in a “hollow” appearance of the lower eyelids.
