Before: There was marked amount of excess skin with some excess fat in the upper eyelids, mild drooping of the eyebrows.
After: Appearance after removal of excess skin and fat. The patient did not want to have the brows lifted. Notice that the brows are too low, and there is asymmetry in the upper eyelids. This would have been corrected by a brow lift.
